On Sunday, April 7, we will hold our final Anglicanism 101 (Catechesis) Class directly after the service with lunch provided.

These classes are primarily for those who are new to Anglicanism or are wishing to be confirmed; however, anyone is welcome to attend to learn more about the Anglican church, Christ the Redeemer, and the tenants of our faith.

Join us on Sunday, March 31, at 10:00 a.m. as we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ and rejoice with those being baptized into the family of God.

Join us on Saturday, March 30, at 8:00 p.m. as we mourn the death of Jesus and prepare for His resurrection.

Join us on Friday, March 29, at 6:30 p.m. as we commemorate the crucifixion of Jesus.

Join us on Thursday, March 28, at 6:30 p.m. as we mark the final Passover meal with communion, scripture, and song.

Join us on Sunday, February 25, immediately after service for a potluck lunch and our Annual Meeting.

Join us on Wednesday, February 14, at 6:30 p.m. to begin the Lenten season with an Ash Wednesday service.

Submit your writings, short essays, creative works, poems, photographs, drawings, paintings all on our theme of “Light”! Submission deadline is February 23.

On Tuesday, February 13 at 6:00pm, we will be observing the last day before the beginning of Lent by gathering together at Calvary Church - Nampa (417 Almond St) and eating pancakes (with all the toppings), bacon, and sausage.

Saturday, November 11, from 6:00 -9:00 p.m. at Calvary Church - Nampa we will be having prayer, worship, snacks (bring your own to share), and activities where we can fellowship and get to know one another better.

We're planning on having stations with a watercolor class, wool crafts, knitting/crochet, manicures & pedicures, and massages.

On Monday, October 16, at 3:30pm, John Mason will be presenting an Anglican Studies talk on Thomas Cranmer's design to present the Gospel through liturgy also at Calvary Church - Nampa's Conference Room.

The official launch of Christ the King will be Sunday, October 15, at 6:15 p.m. Please come celebrate and invite friends.

On Saturday, October 14, from 10:00 a.m. -11:30am, Rev. John Mason will present a seminar on Understanding Mark's Gospel at Calvary Church - Nampa's Conference Room.

Logan Shields' will be ordained as a priest on Friday, October 13, at 7:00 p.m. located at Grace FourSquare Church.

Sunday, October 8, from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m., at Beth Wallace’s home.

Bring any clothes, shoes, accessories, and household items you no longer need. Feel free to bring a friend and a snack to share.

We are making a change to how we divide the Sunday School classes beginning Sunday, Oct. 8.

Doing this will allow us to better meet the needs of the children and ensure that our activities are appropriate to their age groups and skills.
The new classes will be:

• Nursery (ages 0-2)

• Preschool (ages 3-5)

• Early Elementary (K-2nd Grade)

• Upper Elementary (3rd-5th Grade)

We NEED 5 more people to maintain a service rotation of once every 5 weeks! That means we need you!

A Fall kickoff workshop for Sunday School teachers (leads, supports, and youth) will be held on Sunday, October 1, immediately following the service.

Lunch and childcare will be provided. The workshop should last around 90 minutes and will end between 1:30-2:00 p.m.

In the workshop you will be trained in using the new curriculum and learn how the various teacher roles will interact, so it’s important for all teachers to attend.*

Anyone interested in becoming a teacher is welcome to attend, too!

*A weekday evening session will be offered as an alternative to those who will be out of town on October 1, but we would prefer everyone attends the Sunday session.

We will be having a potluck lunch to kick off our Fall Bible Study on Sunday, September 17 as a large group.

This study will take us through the end of Trinitytide and to the beginning of Advent (12 weeks). Though the study will begin in a large group, it will continue weekly in small group settings.

We will be discussing the women’s groups available for the Bible study this Fall, the readings we will be covering, and plans we have for our upcoming Women’s Retreat. We hope you can join us!

On Saturday, August 26, Ross Anderson will be speaking on how to communicate the gospel with our LDS neighbors, understanding LDS culture, and practical ways to share our faith.

The seminar will be held at  Treasure Valley Worship Center (50 West Spicewood Dr., Meridian) from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. with a break in the middle for light refreshments.
