or print it and give to Katie Millsap.

To access directory website:

  1. Go to https://members.instantchurchdirectory.com/

  2. Create a new Church Member Sign In using the email address provided on the Church Directory Information Form and a password.

  3. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. Follow steps outlined in email.

  4. Once confirmed, login to the directory using your email address and the unique password you created in step #2.

  5. You now have full access to the online directory!

  6. Feel free to update your family information as needed using the options on the top right hand corner of the website.
